Chelsea Pierre, CEO/ Founder
Chelsea Pierre is a Florida resident by way of Louisiana who specializes in Network and Cyber Security. Joining the United States Air Force at 21 years of age, she was introduced to the IT field as a career and grew to love all things tech. Throughout the years she has participated in multiple tech and business organizations in several cities, to include but not limited to; HackMGM, Emerge Montgomery, and High Tech Tampa.
Chelsea has gained many followers that seek career mentoring on social media, such as LinkedIn, and has been selected to teach online training courses on Cybrary, Pluralsight, and Udemy. Her own passion for teaching and mentoring young professionals has not only allowed her to experience a once full time career, but to gain the privilege of speaking at multiple tech conferences including Black Tech Alabama and Wonder Women Tech Conference. After leading the Black In Technology Central Florida Chapter, Chelsea Pierre realized how she can resolve common burdens and hardships for multiple IT Professionals, students, entrepreneurs, and hobbyists around the nation- thus opening Blerds Leading Technology.
Chelsea received her Bachelor of Science in Applied Computer Science from Troy University of Montgomery, where she was voted SGA president in 2014.

Niesha Marks, Chief Operating Officer
Niesha Marks is a Michigan native who specializes in AgroBusiness and Horticulture. She has been a member, and held leadership positions, in many prestigious organizations to include Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated, NAACP, Blacks In Technology, and the National Pan-Hellenic Council. Unwithered by social oppositions, she has stood behind multiple podiums speaking on topics of black history, diversity and inclusion solutions, inequality, and the future of black enterprises. Niesha has earned a double Bachelors of Science in Plant and Animal Science from Tuskegee University and attended the University of Florida School of Horticultural Science for her Masters Degree in Horticulture with a Concentration in Plant Genomics and RNA Expression.
